Welcome. Shenstone lies just 3 miles South of Lichfield. Our village hall was built in 1972 and has been in regular use since that time. It provides a warm, clean and well maintained facility for a large variety of events and activities. In 2018 the roof was completely re-constructed and many internal improvements were made at that time. In the Summer of 2019 our kitchen was completely refurbished to a high specification of appliances and fittings. The hall has a large car park with around 40 spaces and good access for the disabled.
The village hall has a large entrance lobby area with direct access to all four rooms, plus the ladies, gents and disabled toilets.
The Main hall is ideal for sporting activities such as badminton, short-mat bowls, keep fit/yoga and dance classes etc. It has been used for larger parties, theatrical productions, and in 2018 was used for an episode of Channel 4’s Don’t Tell The Bride TV show.
The Lounge is perfect for smaller celebrations or larger meetings.
The Committee Room provides enough space for most meetings.
To safeguard the health of our customers during the Corona virus pandemic, in each room we have put in place the necessary hand gels, cleaning products and paper towels. We also now display an official NHS QR code poster to facilitate Track and Trace registration. Please refer to our special COVID-related terms of hire HERE.
We are proud to have achieved Hall mark 2, a national quality standard for village halls.
